01. Overview

These terms govern your use of mach4.dev during the pre-launch waitlist period. They are intentionally short because this site does one thing: collect your contact information so we can tell you when Mach4 is ready.

"Mach4", "we", "us", and "our" refer to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME — e.g. "Annt Capital Ltd."], registered in [JURISDICTION], operator of mach4.dev.

02. Acceptance

By submitting the waitlist form or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit any information.

03. Eligibility

You may use this site if you are at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By submitting a form, you represent that this is true.

You may also use the site on behalf of a company or team, in which case you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

04. The waitlist

The Mach4.dev waitlist lets you register interest in Mach4 before the product is generally available. Signing up:

Costs nothing.
Does not create an account.
Does not guarantee access to Mach4 when it launches — we may invite in waves, prioritize by fit, or decline to invite.
May be withdrawn by you at any time by emailing [email protected] and asking to be removed.

05. Communications

By submitting the form, you consent to receive occasional emails from us about Mach4, which may include:

Early-access invitations and onboarding instructions.
Significant product announcements (launch, feature availability, pricing).
Infrequent product updates or milestones.

We will not send marketing spam, newsletters you did not opt into, or transactional mail unrelated to Mach4. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or emailing [email protected].

06. Pre-launch disclaimers

Mach4 is in active development. This means:

The product you see described on mach4.dev may change — features, pricing, supported platforms, and availability are not final.
Screenshots, mockups, and architectural descriptions are illustrative, not contractual.
We may delay, reshape, or cancel the product. Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship any specific feature on any specific timeline.
Any pricing shown (Free / Pro / Team / Enterprise) is the current proposed pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed before we ask you to pay anything.

Summary: by joining the waitlist, you accept that you're signing up for a product that doesn't yet exist in its final form. We'll tell you if things change materially.

07. Prohibited conduct

When you use mach4.dev, you agree not to:

Submit fake, automated, or scripted signups (including using disposable / burner email addresses with intent to deceive).
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or bypass its security measures.
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the site's servers or networks.
Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes another person's rights.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or copy site content beyond personal viewing.
Impersonate any person or company.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or permanently ban any IP address, email address, or user agent that we reasonably believe is violating these rules.

08. Intellectual property

The mach4.dev website, its content, and all related trademarks, logos, copy, designs, and source code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

You retain all rights to the information you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide license to use that information solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

09. Third-party services

This site relies on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery. Your use of this site is also subject to those providers' policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACH4 AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mach4 and its personnel from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site — or remove your waitlist entry — at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by requesting deletion of your information (see the Privacy Policy).

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — e.g. "the State of Delaware, United States"], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [ARBITRATION VENUE], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or security matters.

If you are an EU consumer, nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
